Raincoat Sizing & Fit

How do I measure my dog for the raincoat?
Measure three points: (1) neck circumference at the base of the neck, (2) chest girth at the widest point just behind the front legs, and (3) back length from base of neck to base of tail. Compare against our size chart on the product page. If your dog is between sizes, size up — a slightly bigger fit is better than one that's too tight.

Does it actually cover all four legs?
Yes. Unlike a standard dog coat that only covers the back, the Pineapple Full-Cover Raincoat has four leg openings that cover the upper legs, belly, and back. The clear hood keeps their head and ears dry without blocking their vision.

Will my dog tolerate the hood?
Most dogs adjust within one or two walks. The hood is lightweight and transparent, so it doesn't feel confining. We recommend introducing it at home first before heading out in the rain.

How waterproof is it?
The outer shell is water-repellent and handles standard Australian rain showers well. It's not rated for submersion or heavy downpours lasting hours. For typical AU winter walks, it performs exactly as intended.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer free tracked shipping to all Australian addresses. Please allow 5–12 business days from the time your order is placed. We'll send tracking when your order ships. If you haven't received your order after 14 business days, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're Australia-only at this stage.

Returns & Warranty

What if the size is wrong?
Because of how our gear is shipped, we're unable to offer change-of-mind returns or refunds — so getting the size right first really matters. Measure your dog and check the size chart before ordering, and if you're unsure, message us first and we'll help you choose. See our full Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy for details.

What if the product is faulty?
You're covered. Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items are eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, and our products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Email ceo@bubblegumco.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
