30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage costs. A 10% restocking fee applies on change-of-mind returns (charged by our supplier), which will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend measuring your dog before ordering to avoid sizing issues.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fault. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice. Return postage for faulty items is covered by us.

Return-to-Sender Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs apply.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@bubblegumco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
