We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Australian addresses. No minimum order. No hidden fees.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Please allow 5–12 business days from the date of your order for delivery, Australia-wide. This is our honest estimate — we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information when it dispatches.

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order ships. If tracking shows no movement after 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of placing it, please email us at ceo@bubblegumco.com.au with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels in transit. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, re-delivery fees may apply.
