Tip: brush in the direction of the coat in short, gentle strokes — a few minutes a few times a week beats one long session.
What coat types does it work on?
All of them — short, long, single and double coats, on both dogs and cats. The four heads let you match the tool to the coat.
How do I empty the collection chamber?
Slide the chamber off, tip the fur into the bin and click it back on. No pulling tangled fur off the brush by hand.
Is it gentle on the skin?
Yes — used in short, light strokes it's comfortable for most pets. The silicone head is especially gentle for sensitive skin and bath time.
Will it help with my pet's shedding?
Regular sessions remove loose undercoat before it ends up on your floors and furniture, and help reduce matting. It manages shedding rather than stopping it entirely.
